National Relay Service
The National Relay Service - 13 36 77 can help you communicate with services if you have a hearing or speech impairment. They provide a number of options, such as: internet relay calls, TTY and speech-to-speech.

Telephone Interpreting Service
It is important that you can communicate properly about personal and health issues. If you speak a language other than English, ask your health professional to arrange an interpreter. You will not have to pay.
The Telephone
Interpreting Service -
13 14 50 is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for any
person or organisation in Australia requiring interpreting services.
You will be asked in English which language is required, then you
will be connected to an interpreter for that language.
