  Parkinson’s is a progressive neurological condition that affects people from all walks of life. It is quite common, many people are affected and if you have recently been diagnosed you are not alone, Parkinson’s Victoria is here to support you.

  Although classified as a movement disorder, it can affect people in different ways. Sometimes the emotional changes can be more troublesome than the motor changes, and can have a bigger impact on the day-to-day life of someone living with Parkinson’s.

  It is important for people living with Parkinson’s to be proactive in the management of their condition. However, they do not have to face this challenge alone.
