Join the Fight Parkinson’s team as we come together virtually for a very festive sing-along.
Our Music Therapist will be facilitating this special Christmas Open Singing session.
Singing can be an excellent form of exercise, providing a work-out for your voice and lungs and releasing endorphins to make you feel energised and uplifted.
And the beauty of online singing is that you can sing out loud to your heart’s content as the only person you will hear singing (apart from our music therapist) is you!
