Join us at the Echuca Parkinson’s Community Seminar to be held on Friday 5 April 2019 at the Mercure Port of Echuca.
This ‘plain English’ seminar will provide you with the opportunity to gain a better understanding of Parkinson’s, its treatments and the value of social connection.
The engaging seminar program is designed to help people live well with Parkinson’s, with guest speakers sharing information on a range of topics:
- Victor McConvey, Clinical Nurse Consultant, Parkinson’s Victoria, will provide an insight into Parkinson’s
- Kate Madden, Community Coordinator, Parkinson’s Victoria, will discuss the importance of peer support and social connection
- Narelle Fraser, former Victoria Police Detective, will share her personal story of building resilience and living well with a life-changing condition.
