Considering exercise as a treatment is a new thought- join Professor Meg Morris to discuss the evidence supporting exercise as a treatment, and most importantly, how you can start.
Professor Morris is an expert in exercises, physical activities, falls prevention and dance for people living with Parkinson’s Disease and other chronic neurological conditions. In this one hour session, Professor Morris will discuss exercise as a treatment for Parkinson’s.
She will focus on research into the benefits of exercise in helping manage Parkinson’s symptoms and how to include exercise into your own treatment plan.
