Research has shown that regular exercise can help control the symptoms of Parkinson’s and also has the potential to slow disease progression. Whether you are new to exercise or already have an exercise routine, you will hear about the benefits of keeping active, how to find what’s right for you and be inspired by a member of the Parkinson’s community who is up and ‘running’ with his exercise routine.
