There are a number of community fundraising events being held all over Victoria throughout the year. Check the events calendar for details about events you could attend or use as inspiration for the type of event you could hold.
A Walk in the Park is our largest community fundraising event for the year dedicated to celebrating and supporting people living with Parkinson's.
This event brings together people from all walks of life - those living with Parkinson's, families and friends, and health professionals.
Every dollar raised through A Walk in the Park helps to improve the quality of life for people with Parkinson's and advance the search for a cure.
This year, A Walk will be held in August. Keep an eye out for details as the year progresses or email us to ensure you receive emails about it.
Support for you
Many of our supporters have organised events to raise funds and awareness for Parkinson's Victoria. If you'd like to host your own fundraising event to support people living with Parkinson’s please register your event with us (see below). We can provide you with a letter of authority to fundraise, guidelines on how to set up your event, help promoting it and tips on making it a success.
